BYOB PACKAGES
This is for private residences and venues that allow you to BYOB from a liquor store. Not allowed by all venues, city owned properties, parks, etc. Please check your contract.
All packages include bar planning/consulting and liquor liability insurance.
The bartender fee is $45/hour and typically includes 1.5 hours of set up and 1 hour of clean up.

Infused Water Station
Welcome guests with a customizable and refreshing beverage station. Choose from seasonal fruits, herbs, and botanicals. From Strawberry Basil to Watermelon Mint, we have something to fit your taste.
Coffee & Tea
Coffee and hot water for your guests with a variety of teas (Earl Grey, Chamomile, Chai, Peppermint, English Breakfast, Green, etc.). Includes milk, creamer, sugar, stir sticks, napkins, and compostable cups.
Wine Pours
Wine and Champagne available during dinner service. We can close the bar for an at-table pour for your guests, or a station for them to grab a glass from. Glassware included for an additional charge.
BAR TERMS
1. Use of the Venue’s Preferred Bar Service is requested. If the Client(s) elect to use an alternative bar service, additional fees apply, and will vary per group size. (Fees start at $1000). No alcohol may be consumed without service through a licensed and insured bartending service.
2. Sales of alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
3. Under the circumstances that the venue pursues or obtains Alcohol Licensing from the State of Minnesota, there will be a change to support the service of alcohol. The Venue controls the authority for the service of alcohol on the premises, and may change the structure at any time. Purchasing and handling of Alcoholic Beverages must be done within the guidelines of the State of Minnesota. If the Venue obtains a different Alcohol License after a contract is signed, the Venue will work with Client(s) on alcohol purchases to not result in financial harm, and to be in line with pricing of that of a local small business liquor store.
4. Any Vendor working the event, including Coordinators, DJ’s/Band or Caterers, may not consume alcoholic beverages or be under the influence of other substances at any point during the event. The Venue reserves the right to ask any vendors who violate this policy, or appear to be intoxicated, to discontinue service and will be asked to leave the Venue.
5. The legal drinking age in the state of Minnesota is 21 years old. All persons on the premises must comply with state law. The Venue reserves the right to ask for proper age verification and the right to refuse to serve anyone they suspect may be underage.
6. Client(s) authorize Bar or Venue Staff to cease bar operations at any point that alcohol consumption becomes a dangerous situation to other guests, or causes damage to the property.
